Since I updated my S24 Ultra my Samsung health app is not working properly I can't join the new challenges it saying my Samsung account has changed and it's still the same.

What's the exact error message? Are you logged in otherwise in your account on the phone

The error message I'm getting is Samsung account changed, but I've not changed anything and I'm logged in on my phone and watch.

Can you try clearing the data and cache from the Samsung Health app and try again.

Clearing Cache is not enough. 

In my case, the issue was fixed after "Clear Data".
