Hello everyone, I bought a new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra yesterday
I noticed that in the 50-megapixel camera (the lowest one), the module that moves (for stabilization) is always directed to the left or right. That is, almost all the time I see the side frame of this module (under the camera glass). Only sometimes it stands in the center. I don't know, but according to YouTubers' videos, this module usually stands exactly in the middle. In general, it looks like OIS is loosen. Is this normal?
Also, when I shake the phone near my ear, I hear something shaking inside of the phone, maybe it's the same module of the 50-megapixel camera. Is this normal or shouldn't it be?
Should I get a replacement?
Thank you

It is normal to hear the camera modules moving when there not in use if you shake the phone.
My advice > Don't shake your phone unduly 🤔
My camera lens seems to be centered.
When you take a photo using this lens does the photo come out OK ?
If your concerned then if within the relevant cooling off period have it swapped out and jf past this period then a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.
However I believe from what you write your phone is fine @Rostyslav Shcherbyk

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

If it feels too loose, I would take the phone to be checked. If anything, just for peace of mind.

Hello, thank you for your response. I've already visited the Official Samsung Service Centre, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me. They explained that since I purchased the phone through Bell with a plan, they couldn't check the device because it might affect my ability to exchange it through Bell. It seems they would need to open the phone and access the hardware to diagnose the issue. Subsequently, I visited Bell, but they couldn't determine if it is standard and normal thing or an issue. They told me to try to update my phone, but it didn't help. Also, they offered to replace the phone if I wanted. Now, I'm unsure about what I should do.
