Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy Watch 6 Promotion

Hi all,

I bought my Galaxy S24 Ultra 1TB and I registered for two promotions I was eligible for according to my operator (ODIDO) however I got the phone at the 24th of Jan, and didn't get any respond regarding the watch other than the note that they are running late in this promotion due to the amount of orders

Is there a way to track the status of the request? I only got the confirmation code, but didn't get any link to check the status, it's been almost 3 weeks already

I submitted a claim for a Galaxy Watch 6 as I had purchased a S24U here in the UK. Long story short the instructions were to take picture of proof of purchase the IMEI number of my S24U. So I did that, sent it and then an hour later they said claim approved I will get the watch 45 days from when i purchased the device. So i'm wondering did you do the same and get a claim approval email?

I did the same as you Sammy User 24. I'm still waiting, but when I check the tracking it does say it will be sent within 45 days. If I don't hear anything after that, I'll chase, but if it's like when I received my watch4 a few years ago, I'm sure it will arrive within the timescales.

ODIDO already told me it's up to Samsung, but I'll check the dutch community team, thanks!

Yep, guess we are in the same boat here I've heard nothing after the approval email. We just got to wait. 😪

Yes, unfortunately. That green line however has progressed halfway towards the date so I'm assuming most of the rewards have been shipped and mine will perhaps arrive over the next week or 2.
