Hi all,
I bought my Galaxy S24 Ultra 1TB and I registered for two promotions I was eligible for according to my operator (ODIDO) however I got the phone at the 24th of Jan, and didn't get any respond regarding the watch other than the note that they are running late in this promotion due to the amount of orders
Is there a way to track the status of the request? I only got the confirmation code, but didn't get any link to check the status, it's been almost 3 weeks already
