I've got the same problem. Even changed network providers from Optus to Telstra thinking the phone was locked to Telstra after doing an imei check online, but nothing helps. Does anyone have a solution? I think this happened to my S24 when the system upgraded now there is no option in the network settings that allows 3g/4g/5g option on the sim cards network setting. it just gives me the option to use either 3g or 4g. So frustrated. @SAMSUNG Please put out an update that will fix this.
