S24U max brightness same as S23U??

Following the "vivid" issue for those of us who use it... Do you also have the same max brightness as S23U? I'm suppose to see a noticeable difference in max brightness with S24U? This is an issue I am not seeing anywhere else online, maybe not many are testing it?

The S24 Ultra is definitely brighter than the S23 Ultra. Make sure you disable adaptive brightness as mentioned earlier and enable the extra brightness. I found it very noticeable.

Yeah tried every variable, really want to see it's peak brightness now lol

They were still the same brightness 🤦 S24U very clear image though while the S23U goes very dull compared when back to lower brightness

From what I read, the s23 ultra may look a little brighter with indoor use. It's when you go outside the s24 ultra really benefits. Cant really say much myself though as I don't have the s24 ultra.

No i  dont  have same brightess on s24 plus like was on s23 ultra.its dimner on adaptive i must use max brightes on s24 plus to be like on s23 ultra adaptive.🥵🥵🥵🤢😡😡😡

Mine to..i tested side by side and my S23U is definitly brighter' both on max...and even with extra brightness..this S24U is supposed to be brighter..but they lied..i like my S23U better...what a shame..might stop buying samesung.....

The screen of my new phone s24u is about 20 percent dimmer than that of my old one s23u. Feedback has been given to Samsung, but they say it cannot be compared with old phones s23u! This is bullshit logic! Samsung is so disappointing!
