Hi @kalana. Are you trying to transfer your files from your new phone? You can use the smart switch app which is pre installed on your new device. Hope this helps. Thanks 😊

As this is a unique wearable it might be worth contacting the manufacturer of that headband and or search for a forum of people using it already. 

Google Search may yield more results @kalana 

Typically all a person need to do it put Bluetooth On in the phone and put the other device into pairing mode.

To pair your Ink-topoint wireless headband with your phone, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices, then press and hold the power button on the headband for 3 seconds until the LED flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode. Then, select the headband from your phone's Bluetooth list and follow the pairing instructions.  "

I had issues with my phone blocking adding new Bluetooth devices that required a code. After contacting Samsung support it turned out to be an app that was messing with my Bluetooth settings so I had to uninstall the app. If you submit a support ticket an engineer can check your software to find any software clashes
