Hello 👋 i just bought ths s24ultra and it came with a card that says i could replace the screen in 2 years for only 99$ do i need to activate it or is it activated already 

The about phone it says (samsung care + is not coverd i have 58 days left

Hi. Please check with the people where you bought the phone from as it could be deal local you that is being offered.

Also Samsung care is normally a monthly charged service as far as I know.
