S24 ultra will not connect to mobile data at all

Hello, I set up my new s24 ultra yesterday and everything was working fine (except the screen colours which hopefully samsung will fix) 

The data was working fine but today I tried to connect my phone to data and it didn't work, I contacted support and went through multiple trouble shooting steps such as adding access point, reseting network settings, taking sim out etc 

My calls are working but my data will not work no matter what I do or how many times I restart my phone.

My issue was my network provider was down as soon as it went back up my phone started working

Wish mine was as simple. There are no issues with the network. No problem when I put the Sim back into my other phone

I'd recommend going to a samsung store tbh

I am also suddenly experiencing the same problem. Sim card works on other phones and I can access my mobile data but not on the 24Ultra!  Anyone with a solution? 

Samsung did an update recently, is that the reason?

I have similar issue. S24ultra doesnt has network unless a reboot. Everything it looses signal or set to flight mode and get into range or out of flight more the phone doesnt reconnect network unless a reboot.

I have the same issue my brand new samsung s24 doesn't connect to mobile data however it was working for a few days and now it doesn't work anymore. I have used the sim in another device and it still worked and I also ordered a new sim, it also shows I have 5g/4g but whenever I try use it, it says I have no Internet connection. Why is this??? When is samsung going to release a new update to fix this???

My issue was with Sim. Change of sim solved it

I am having this issue too with my new ultra. With 3. I've just spent an hour with 3 technical support. They gave up so I'm going to the three shop tomorrow
