S24 Ultra sound issues

Has anyone experienced sound issues with the S24 ultra? I sometimes lose notification sounds completely or the sound is very distorted. Would be grateful for any advice.

What gets me is I read so many reviews of this phone before i bought it and all the reviews talked about colors (who cares. The case covers it) and the titanium band and chip speed and glass with a fancy name (that needs a screen protector anyway)  and a lot about cameras, but nothing at all about the main purpose of a phone which is using it as a phone, which importantly means the sound quality both regular and speakerphone.  When I returned it to the Verizon store the man told me that all the new phones have had much inferior sound quality for several years ever since the Note 10. He said that the only good sound quality phone is Sony, but Sony does not sell their phones in the United states. That is too bad because Sony also has an earphone plug and removable memory just like my good old Note 9.

I too experience distortion between 80% and 100% volume. Both in videos and music (YouTube and Spotify). Don't know if this is a software or hardware issue. That in addition to the non detailed photos with the main lense keeps pushing me back my previous pro max or one plus open. For God's shake Samsung...fix your ***** QA and don't release devices that are not an excellent experience out of the box. I paid 1700€ to get the s24 ultra 512 with the silicon case and I haven't had a good experience for the price!!!

I have the same issue. Sound is distorted and crackling, along with the screen colour issue I have to say I prefer my s21 ultra. This is the first samsung phone I'm disappointed with...

I have and very disappointing. Twice I lost all sound. No audio whatsoever.

My phone is pretty loud, and as I turn it down, it will intermittently jump back up

My phone is crackling on phone calls. phone is only a month old.

I just bought an S24 Ultra which I upgraded from an S22 Ultra. My audio is good, aside from when I use the speakerphone (which I primarily use). It sounds very quiet & extremely muffled. People I am on the phone with are complaining too that I sound muffled also. This was an insanely expensive phone & having read that so many other people are experiencing the same issues, I am really not sure what to do now? Do you think an update will fix it?

Sammy wanted to fix the camera as they lorded up how good it is oh and the chip ! Think there's a pik fix, so maybe next will be the sound ! ( iff I PAY FOR ANYTHING ELSE EVEN IFF NOT THE FLAGSHIP THEY WILL OFFER TO HELP, samy's it's got a new chip or go back to Vodafone ! They don't care) next phone going to try something else or go dark side and ios ! I dropped my S22 ultra when I got it 3" on to carpet ! In a official Samsung case ,( my bad) cost me £250 at Samsung shop in the Trafford Centre,
That was my fault, the sound on my 24 Ultra is not !

Seems to be an issue with a batch or something. My S24U 512GB does not have sound issues at all. And I PO'd it 20 minutes into the unveiling ceremony, got it on Jan 24. All good.
Can we start collecting the model types - like 256GB/512GB/1TB to see if it affects certain ones or it is spread over?

While playing YouTube, sound goes and comes back, which makes the experience very bad, and while putting the phone on speaker mode, the phone fails to keep both top and bottom speaker ON either top one working or the bottom one . Is anyone facing the same issue .
