I have seen a similar post on here about someone whose S24u would not turn on. I have done EVERYTHING the troubleshooters say to do, like hold power+vol down, hold power+vol up, hold all buttons, charge overnight then try, tap/massage the screen, connect via USB to PC or Laptop. Nothing works. Worst thing is I bought the phone whilst on holiday, so Samsung can't repair it since it does not have an international warranty. Does anyone have any suggestions, because as of right now it will not turn on no matter what I do, and it was only bought 2 weeks ago.

Will the phone boot up in safe mode?
I know it sounds obvious, but worth asking. Have you tried a different charger and cable?

Hey thanks for the response. When I plug the charger in nothing happens at all. I have tried three different chargers, two of which are official Samsung ones. Absolutely nothing happens.

I'm sorry to hear your having issues with your phone @Aera1
Unfortunately you are a bit stuck due to the phone being classed as an import which is why Samsung in your own area will not be able to assist. The warranties are region specific.
You could ask a reputable repair shop to take a look however Unfortunately that has the added issue that the warranty wouod be voided.
We are unable to suggest repair options due to the guidelines of the community forum.

The power button is the bottom one on the right hand side. You've probably tried this already but press it down and hold it until the device vibrates (3 or 4 seconds) then let go.
If that doesn't work, pop it on charge. Does anything appear on screen like a white circle with 0% (or any other number). If not then possibly the battery may be dead.

Hey thanks for the response. I assume the battery is dead because it is completely unresponsive to holding the power button, and it has been on charge with multiple different official chargers, which did not make it vibrate or turn on. I am just shocked that I have had it for so little time and the battery is completely dead, as I have not extensively or intensively used it at all. Kinda sad, but I had to purchase an iPhone since I really need my phone for work purposes. Thanks for the help though!

This happened to me yesterday. My phone died the night before, put it to charge and nothing. Tried 2 different chargers/outlets, no vibration, no indication that it was charging. I tried the power button along with holding the volume & power button..still nothing. After a few hours, finally got a gray circle with a lightning bolt and it powered on saying 2%. My phone is on now. I have no idea what happened.
