Hello @NathiLuk and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

There can be a few reasons why Samsung Pay / Wallet isnt working.

One is the phone has been imported from another country, or the supplier of the phone deals in grey imports.

You can check by looking at the csc of your phone. The csc can be found in Settings > About Phone > Software Information > Service Provider Software Information  > Its the last 3 alphabetical letters.

i.e mine is EUX.

This link will help you work out what yours means > https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-a-series/list-of-samsung-galaxy-csc-country-specific-prod...

Another is your Bank does not support Samsung Pay.

You could return the phone to the seller if your within any relevant cooling off period and then re purchase the phone from Samsung Directly and kr from a reputable retailer who sells phones that have been released to be used in your country.

One workaround is to use Google Pay / Wallet instead.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I'd recommended using Google Wallet (Google Pay). I've found it works securely and flawlessly every time.
