S24 Ultra: Not opening Apps even google maps

Hi there, I am experiencing something unusual. For some reason, my phone is not opening google maps at once, I have to try several times and do some stuff to open the app. Also, other apps are not opening as well. It is stuck when opening is. It is annoying.... This started happening after the latest update. Also noticed that the battery life had gone worse... Any guidelines how to fix these problems?

@kayakz: Please try heading to Settings > Device care > Memory > Clean now, followed be Settings > Apps > Google Maps > Storage > Clear cache. Following these steps, press and hold the Side button and select 'Restart' from the Power off menu that appears on screen. 

If the issue persists, then check the Google Play Store and Galaxy Store for any available app updates which might resolve any current performance issues. For the Google Play Store, tap your profile in the top right > Manage apps and device > Updates, and for the Galaxy Store, tap the 3 lines in the bottom right > Updates. 

Battery issues can vary depending on your usage, however a good place to start is Settings > Battery > View details. This will provide a breakdown of your usage, and help you to identify which apps or features are using the most battery.
