S24 ultra issues

I purchased my s24 ultra on the 17th of January, immediately it was released. Over the months, I've experienced so many problems with it. A full charge can last me only 7 hrs. At times this phone lags. Overheating is something I eventually got used to. I have tried, not once not twice, to reach out to Samsung but they've never been of any help at all. I've even visited the physical store but nothing. Is it possible for me to get an exchange or any help that would guarantee a change afterwards?

Hi.

1.Backup everything.

2.Factory Reset your Phone.

3.Don't restore apps and settings.

4.Recover everything else.

5. Check for OS updates ( make sure you are on the latest September update.)

6. Makes ure all apps sre uptodate keep checking everyday in both Samsung and Google store.

Bonus tip. Set up phone with everything Auto and /or Auto.
Do not dumb the phone down and don't use third party launchers if you do.

Do the above and come back in two weeks and report.

Also. To add to the above .

I personally use Google One for backup as its easier to just sign in and get all your stuff back.

Apps I install as and when I need them hence never restore them even the banking ones.
It can be a pain for some, but for me it just works and never have had an issues with my phones no matter how many times I reset or change phones.

Yeah I also factory reset after ever major OS update. Will be doing it after the one ui 7 update.

Also gives me a kick as if I am setting up a new.phone.
