Recently I have made post about stuttering issue and lag in my s24 ultra.
Not goona lie WHen i heared about s25 series It make me laugh a bit.
Funny to hear about new series when s24 ultra has not been fixed at all, well at least my device is not.
I have replaced device already, i did what I could, from wiping cache partition, from factory reseting phone, and so on.
Ram plus is off .
Im a bit confused because I can see a lot of people with similar issues and in other hand lots of people who says their s24 ultra works buttery smooth, which is shoking for me as this phone struggles even when Im doing simply scrolling on facebook or youtube.
Phone overall is extremly stuttery , when doing simple scrolling I can see how animation are really jumping , it feel like I have 5 fps when doing so, In games phone behaves really slow as well, Game in many sytuation opening really slow and once playing there is so often so lags or frame .
Lets speak of camera, I have a phone for some time already, Phone received lots of updates but sadly I did not noticed any diffrence to the camera or lags mentioned before.
Phone still have issues with making clear and focused photos.
I have to really try to make good photo, and when there is a bit of a worse light then good luck making a photo without messy pixels and blurry effect.
With recent Ai update I was expecting from this phone to run a bit smoother, Well lets be honest almost every single thing in this phone is controller or supported by ai.
Sadly no diffrence at all. Ai still makes photos in many cases to look even worse then they are already.
Even when on minimum optimalization, sadly we cannot switch it off.
I just feel like this Ai features are still In alpha stage, and making people to suffer and not giving option to turn it off its just sad.
Im not really a big fan of Ai, and why I have to have it |? Just make it for the people who actually want to sign in for testing, Well sure you can go for a device without ai, but if you want a samsung for or Ai then you have to go for a cheeper and worse phones and soon Im pretty sure all of devices will start introducing Ai just like apple did.
I dont actually expect from any update to make this phone better, and hearing abut s25 series when s24 series is jut not fix at all is just sad, how you can already introduce a new phone line when you cant fix your previous one ?
I had s21 ultra before and honestly I was the biggest mistake to switch for s24 ultra.I was like well I had s21 ultra for 3 year Im sure s24 ultra is so much better guess what? it is not. S21 ultra is so much better in every possible way.
Im just thinking of completely canceling my contract and just going to buy new s21 ultra/
Let me know what you guys think .

I have no complaints.
The camera, I do have issues with and frankly disappointing that no fixes have been done. I was hoping for some in the last update.
Sadly it's been so many months and either no update is being developed or its hardware problem.
It's since getting the Z Fold 6 and using the cameras on that, it's highlighted to me more.
Get it right and the S24 Ultra can take fantastic photos.
But frustratingly it's not the point and shoot cameras I'd hoped for.
If you are using any themes, especially third party ones. You can get issues with them. Had similar before.
The AI features are really in early stages and the more that use them the more developers can improve the experience.
It's being developed by Google who are the driving force behind it

Hi @Katsunaki
I can mirror the replies by @Glenntech and @Shamrock_Sean and say my phone is working smoothly too.
Your next course of action in regards to the next phone really has to be your choice , however keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy s²¹ Ultra wont be supported forever in regards to software updates.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Glad to hear that some people are happy, but when even my fiancee, returned this phone, and she is not the person who is changing devices, like me its something, she was so dissapointed with camera, same as me, well Thanks for a reply, speaking of s21 I even prefert o use a device without a updates, or maybe getting a phone which is stable, then using s24 ultra which suposed to be a better device, but it is only on paper so far for me. as far I can see also many people have same problems, so its not just me, Well I will try sending this phone for repair, if that will not help then i will simply cancel the conctract, thanks for your message

Sorry to hear of your experience, but mine has none of the issues that you mentioned except camera needs a little more optimization.

Youtubers are probably getting paid for giving best phone of the award to s24 ultra as this because this is the worst phone I have ever used. The display is washed out, and the vivid mode is not bright enough. There is a green tint in grey colors, and outdoor visibility is poor compared to the OnePlus 12. The display also has mura effects (tested using testmyscreen.com under gradient colors). When connected to 5GHz Wi-Fi, apps behave abnormally with slow internet connectivity. Many users have already reported this issue, but it hasn’t been fixed in updates so far, which is unacceptable for a premium phone.
The battery SOT is disappointing, the cameras are mediocre, and 2x and 3x shots are grainy. There is also no fast charging. Even phones that cost half as much perform better. I regret purchasing this phone based on reviews. It’s better to rely on user reviews rather than YouTubers. I’m waiting for One UI 7 and hoping they fix these issues.

I've had this phone almost four months. I had Samsung phones, then tried LG until they did an update that absolutely blew up my phone and never worked again. I went back to Samsung for another try. Battery life has always been a problem so when they made it where you can't switch them out it was concerning. I have a job that will not allow me to charge my phone because I can't remain by an outlet. After the last update is when I really started having problems. The phone won't stay connected with my vehicle via USB. I lose signal frequently which is really bad. I lose my GPS signal and obviously that's when I need it most. I'm really not happy with this phone right now and have to go to the store to see what can be done about it. Maybe it's time to find another brand?
