I did the test at 20-30 percent brightness and full brightness TEST VIDEO OF THE PROBLEM In this video, there is a grain problem between 17-25, but when I change the brightness, the grain changes from 17-25 to 20-25, the grain problem I see between 17-19 does not appear, for example, I took a screenshot at 19, I entered the gallery, the photo I looked at looked normal for 1 or 2 seconds, then it deteriorated again, when I change the picture, it gets better again and deteriorates again https://imgur.com/a/PemeZMd
The test at Eu Samsung looks the same in this video LINK

In the video, there is a decrease in image quality, but it is still obvious, the screen opens pixels by itself, then graying starts, the background is black before the picture, there is a clean image, brightness is around 20-30 percent

https://youtu.be/PVY1IVZWBss?si=XrtoX2wDGO6n3vUj&t=85 this video should be black instead of the image as below

I have already done these tests with the auto brightness setting it doesn't do anything.

That's an issue with the HDR display. It seems like a bug as you can clearly see the colour profile is different. You can see it flip between modes if you rotate your screen. It has nothing to do with the screen being "grainy".

The grain issue, yes, but this video is a sign there's still bugs in how Samsung HDR is working on the S24. Tbh I have said before in another post, blue colours tend to be a weakness as when you capture images on the camera, they do look the least accurate. I think this is something they need to look into.

Well I would think so, but it needs to be presented to support to take a look.

Have you ever experimented with the devices you have and do you have the same problem with the videos I posted?

I tried to reach samsung support with these videos but they were not interested, so I posted them here and again no one was interested.

I always test all devices if a problem is presented, this video you posted for example. It's not often, but a lot of devices do go with glitches and issues unresolved for years. As consumers, the best we can do is try to highlight them as they show up. When I say talking to support, I just mean leaving feedback like here via the members forum. These issues will be looked into and, hopefully, corrected/fixed in a future update.
