So I have a dead pixel on my s24 ultra. The problem is I just can't be bothered will all the hassle of returning my phone I am so unlucky with phones and I get problem after problem, s23 was only one that didn't. It's one pixel towards the bottom of the screen and can only been seen on grey backgrounds on low brightness. Is it easy to get a replacement or do I live with it. I can't really be doing without a phone for a week while samsung sorts it and will I inherit something else? What do people think?

I am cursed it’s shocking I have counted and the number of faulty phones for me stands at 11. 11 phones! Praying this replacement is ok 👍

My advise is get a refund and return to your previous phone if you can. The s24 series is a lottery, seems to be a lot of defective units. Unfortunately I lost my s23 ultra to the trade in team. In the end I have just bought a basic iPhone 15 as I just can’t be dealing with the hassle and stress of defective phones and Samsung customer services. To this day I still haven’t seen a penny. I’m sure they will refund in the end but why it takes all this time since them getting it jan 30th is beyond me.

had the same issue with my phone, took it to warranty and they had the screen changed since there were more than one dead pixel.

I'm having the issue again with the new screen. Crossing fingers that they may find the real issue.
