S24 ultra data/signal issues

I don't know if anyone else has been having these issues. But if I'm travelling and driving from one place to another my data ends up going from 4G to 2G mode. And it doesn't come back to 4G even when I'm in a good signal area. Even after turning data off and on it stays the same. You have to reboot the phone to fix this issue.

The signal strength is also very low most of the time. Not sure if it's a phone issue or sim. I used the same sim in another phone and never had any issues.....

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Brand new s24 phone only 1 bar and struggling in my area  , If I take the sim out and put it back in my 4yr old Huawei I get 4 bar and great reception , what is going on.

There are issues with the phone. Hopefully samsung will acknowledge

any fix I read that samsung refreshed the phones in the centres to fix the issue

Have you reported it to Samsung. As they told me nobody has this issue?

I have this issue as well very bad signal.

By uk law they have to replace a faulty item if it can't be fixed.

Scroll through this thread above... other people have reported and also got replacements. No one has acknowledged anything on this forum.
I've not reported because I'm not willing to send my phone back. My issues however aren't as bad as other people. Software updates did help with my phone

I reported it to them a couple times. They did nothing and didn't acknowledge it's an issue.
