S24 ultra data/signal issues

I don't know if anyone else has been having these issues. But if I'm travelling and driving from one place to another my data ends up going from 4G to 2G mode. And it doesn't come back to 4G even when I'm in a good signal area. Even after turning data off and on it stays the same. You have to reboot the phone to fix this issue.

The signal strength is also very low most of the time. Not sure if it's a phone issue or sim. I used the same sim in another phone and never had any issues.....

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

This and the latest One UI update seem to have improved my phone’s reception. In my case, what worked was to deactivate the option to automatically choose a carrier, then select my actual carrier, and switch the "automatic selection" back on.

I have this all the time now. 
All of a sudden the phone loses the network and the circle with a line through appears. A full restart is needed. 
Resetting the SIM does not work. I've done this via settings and had it done in the shop. No benefit. 
Next stop the shop for a new SIM, and if that doesn't work (and given I'm under warranty) I'll have a new phone please.

Exactly the same problem with the signal on my S24 ultra, fortunately the problem was solved by changing the SIM to SIM2, the signal suddenly full and stable.

I am having this issue as well after updates, though data drops in and out at times.  Nothing like this happened before the nationwide outage Verizon had, though.

I know I'm late to the party, but this didn't work on mine. Reception on my old A series was better in the exact same location and was only 4g.

Just an update to say that a new physical sim from my service provider (EE in the UK) stopped the problem.
