Software wise, they can be optimised more, but I've been lucky enough to receive physically working phones and that don't break easily when they fall. When I had other brands they crack easily, but even when I had midrange Samsung A1 or something, more than 5 years ago, it survived falls and water spillage, the camera in them didn't break after falls, the signal stayed strong and the software still was working in perfect condition. I am not biased or saying this because I am a fan girl, I am saying from my experience. The S20U I had survived many falls as well until it broke after a bad fall, but the screen is still working, even with dead pixels and after it became washed out. In the 2 years and a bit while I used it, it took alot of falls to break. From this point of view, I can say that I got value for money from Samsung phones.
