Is anyone having issues with the camera, especially when it comes to pets? Always seems to be blurry

I've no idea maybe indoors in dimmer lighting yours was taken or harsh backlight. I've often found indoors details can be worse depending on available light and also movement.

Also remember the lenses are easily smudged.

And as stated your posted photo has backlighting which is not ideal.
