S24 Ultra camera shift / zooming flicker

Hi,

I recently brought an s24 ultra and when zooming in from 1x-3x-5x the camera flickers which is extremely annoying. I called Samsung and they said best to book a repair. Apparently it's a manufacturer issue so I'll get it repaired. Did anyone manage to fix?? Video attached 

If you look on X or forums, people managing to get it fixed. If same for you let me know! 

Otherwise if no fix will switch back to iPhone which I don't wanna do,.

I personally do not experience this on my phone. 

Please do follow Samsungs advice for repair if your out of any relevant cooling off period to have the phone swapped out.

Hi, are you talking about the camera shift while zooming?

As far as I know, it happens during the lens changes while zooming.

I believe that's why the iPhone has a triangle shape camera as it reduces the distance or something .

I personally try not zoom while shooting videos and preferably stick to the 1x as the video also changes colour and exposure due to the focal lengths and f stops of the lenses.

Kinda, the s24 ultra it will flicker / shift when zooming in but some people sorted there's apparently... apparently it's only some models which have this issue unless you can correct me.Its annoying it flickers .. I will change to iPhone if its not resolved for me as some people have fixed it. I was told by Oxford cirus London its damaged but diagnostic is fine

If your on about a "clicking noise" coming from the lens, I have this on my s23 ultra. Contacted Samsung about this and they said its totally normal and there's nothing to worry about as its something to do with the lenses changing or something.
