S24 ultra full screen

Does anyone know how to make streaming videos full screen without the two black bars on both sides of the video?  It is for most of my apps hulu, peacock, youtube, Netflix.  Doesn't matter they all seem to leave black bars on both sides.  Hoping to find a resolution.  Zooming does not work, neither does changing the camera cutout option and there are no options to change to full screen in full screen settings option.

It works fine for me on any platform by pinching with 2 fingers in or out to zoom in and out netflix youtube, etc

In addition to @Iminvti comment above, note that not all apps allow you to go full screen.
