Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra does experience issues with camera dimming when it gets warm. This is primarily due to the device's thermal management system, which reduces performance to prevent overheating.
Is this problem fixed?

Hello @Adb9  👋

Personally I haven't experienced this issue with the camera system on my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra  🤔

However I'm in no way saying some owners haven't.

If you or anyone else is experienced issues with their phone then I'd suggest > If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

And send feedback via your Samsung Members App.

Known generic troubleshooting steps are >

  • 1. Clear the cache of the Camera App by long holding down on the app icon, and tap on i , and then Storage then Clear Cache.
  • A more broadsworded approach is > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
