Personally I haven't experienced this issue with the camera system on my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 🤔
However I'm in no way saying some owners haven't.
If you or anyone else is experienced issues with their phone then I'd suggest > If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
And send feedback via your Samsung Members App.
Known generic troubleshooting steps are >
- 1. Clear the cache of the Camera App by long holding down on the app icon, and tap on i , and then Storage then Clear Cache.
- A more broadsworded approach is > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
