If your referring to the current Beta Software Programme for One Ui⁷ then currently the Programme is full. A person would need to keep checking the Samsung Members App to see if the invitation shows.
Be aware the caveat is that your phone can become unstable at the Beta Programme stages occur, and certain apps such as Banking Apps and payment options such as Samsung Wallet and Google Wallet maybe affected. Leaving the Beta either while the Beta stages are still ongoing or the end of the Beta can be rarely problematic. I would suggest to not download the Beta onto your daily driver if the above are important to you personally.
But if your meaning One Ui⁶ then the current software is One Ui6.1

If an update is not showing in your phone's Software Update section in Settings, then a person can try Samsung SmartSwitch.

A tip to instigate an update is to try another activated Networks sim card in your phone.
In conclusion Software updates are sent out in waves dependant on region, phone model eligibility and phone serial and build number.
If a phone has been imported from one region into another then sometimes updates can be on a different timeframe as your reliant on the region of origin pushing out the update.
If a phone has been supplied by a network then a network can ask Samsung to delay updates to their phone's ,because they want to test that there are no clashes with their network Software or apps.
