I like to know if somebody have the issue with communication between S24ultra and car. After going through a dead zone, my car still show that the phone is disconnected from Mobil network, even the network is ok. If I try to make a call, car show " check phone". In order to the phone to reconnect totally to car, I have to press the side button or I receive a call. I contact Samsung help and told me to 'reset setting' and 'wipe cache' but did not resolve the problem.
Any other idea?

It could be the connection between your phone and cars system that isn't a seamless as it can be @albmar1
If your using Android Auto then try clearing it's cache and data in Settings > Apps > Choose the App > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data if necessary.
It might also be worth checking with your car dealership and or any relevant forums of people that has your car and sounds System.

Nope, connection is not by android auto. Is only by blue tooth
