Hello EveryOne,

I updated my phone this morning, upon restarting after entering the PIN codes. I am on the 'Lock screen and biometrics' screen and I cannot exit it. No shortcuts are accessible. What should I do? Thanks in advance.

I have already restarted the phone twice, the lock remains the same.

"what should I do?"

Find an old Priest and a young Priest then repeatedly say "The power of Christ compels you" to the phone
Four more weeks then out...

Wipe cache through recovery mode.

Turn off phone. Connect it to either a computer or another Samsung phone with a USB-C cable. Wait for the charging icon to disappear. Press the power button and the volume up button at the same time. When the Samsung Knox logo appears, release the buttons and you should see the recovery menu. Use the volume button to scroll to wipe cache and confirm with the power button. After that, restart the phone. If that doesn't help, use the same method to get to the factory reset option (it's right below wipe cache) and reset the phone to factory settings. I hope you have a backup because this option deletes everything from the phone, and after the reset you have to log in to the same Google account to start the phone

I just received update today, and have the same problem. wipe cache did not help - is there anything else to be done so I don't loose data?

tried couple of restarts, wipe cache, change lock settings... always the same. at the end I changed PIN (actually, I just reset the same one) and then I got option to go to home screen. There was no indication that PIN needs to be changed, but that helped.
