S24 game issues, cannot open, cannot install... cannot play

 Hello,

I tried to install Saint Seiya awakening on my recently bought S24 mobile...first I could install but not open... then not entirely install. At the end I cannot play 😞

I mainly chose this mobile for this game, I am very disappointed. My S23+ is much better, but not for sale anymore.

I tried to find solutions via my community gamers... I tried but I still cannot play the game.

Is it only that one app? Then the issue is with the app, not the device. Contact their support.

Unless it's other apps too?

Have you checked that you have the right version of the app for your device?

Uninstall it.

Go to Play Store or Galaxy Store

Search for it afresh.. If it is there, install. If it isn't there, there isn't one for your device.

(note - please do not uninstall then click on reinstall - doing this still installs the old version).
