Hello! Welcome to the Samsung Community! I have read about this issue a lot when the phone was first released but not so much later on. Do note that the automatic camera switching happens when you are trying to capture an object that does not entirely fit in the frame so the OS automatically jumps to help you capture the image. But your example does not look like that. Make sure you update your phone to the latest update and restart. If the issue still persists, please reach out to the experts at Samsung Customer Care using this app. Hopefully this will solve the issue, if not I would recommend you see into getting your piece replaced.
