Hello.

I bought the S24+ a couple of days ago and i started noticing the camera randomly jumping, or warping/wobbling/jittering i guess describes it best. It started only during Videos but is now also noticeable during normal photos. I have tried resetting the cameras settings, downloading the good luck camera assistant app and disabling auto-lens-switching but i couldn't find a fix. If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated.

Have you activated Video Stabilization in your camera settings @Members_C1ceNNF?. If you have then it seems not to be working. It is clearly off to me.

Hello! Welcome to the Samsung Community! I have read about this issue a lot when the phone was first released but not so much later on. Do note that the automatic camera switching happens when you are trying to capture an object that does not entirely fit in the frame so the OS automatically jumps to help you capture the image. But your example does not look like that. Make sure you update your phone to the latest update and restart. If the issue still persists, please reach out to the experts at Samsung Customer Care using this app. Hopefully this will solve the issue, if not I would recommend you see into getting your piece replaced. Good luck!

I had this problem on my S23 ultra, check my profile for my post on it. Unfortunately you'll have to take it in to be repaired. They fitted a new camera module and it was fixed.

It certainly is not meant to be like that. At all, unfortunately.

Have you tried running a full diagnostic test within your phone?
