S24 Bring Back Page-by-Page App Drawer

Hi,

With the recent One UI update, the apps screen only supports vertical scrolling, and the page-by-page (horizontal paging) option has been removed.

The older paging layout was much more user-friendly and helped keep apps organized.

Sadly, this option is now missing from both the launcher settings and Good Lock's Home Up module.

Please bring back the ability to choose between vertical scroll and page view.

It was a small feature but made a big difference.

در آپدیت جدید One UI، لیست اپلیکیشن‌ها فقط به صورت اسکرول عمودی نمایش داده می‌شه و دیگه امکان استفاده از حالت صفحه‌ای (Page-by-Page) وجود نداره.

این ویژگی قبلاً خیلی کاربردی و مرتب بود، ولی حالا در تنظیمات لانچر و حتی Home Up هم حذف شده.

خواهش می‌کنم امکان انتخاب بین دو حالت عمودی و صفحه‌ای رو دوباره در دسترس قرار بدید

This isn't an update, but an option you've enabled. Go to your app drawer—click the three dots next to the search bar—sort—change from alphabetical to custom order.

Alphabeticallly only vertical option available that's what he is saying.Horizontal option gone.

Horizontal isn't gone—alphabetical turns it vertical, and then custom order makes it horizontal.

Custom order makes it but it will not arranged Alphabetically.It's random.Anyway to set sort of A-Z?

I don't believe so—custom order means custom. So move wherever you want; which is better for people to find stuff...of you did want it specifically alphabetical= move them in that order

It used to automatically sort alphabetically but in horizontal pages. It would be very difficult to manually re-sort hundreds of apps alphabetically as well as maintain that ordering to make sure you know everything is always in order. It used to be sorted in Horizontal pages in alphabetical order. There was no reason to just suddenly get rid of that design.

Im unsure as to why the reasoning behind the change. Im 99% sure it was down to googles changes in Android 15

This is RIDICULOUS. We have alphabetical order in vertical (I HATE vertical), but no option for alphabetical order in horizontal...WHY??? WHY MUST I NEED TO ORDER IT MANUALLY? There should be an option to order it automatically. I don't think it would be hard for the devs to put this option back...
