Hi @Negromen and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.

Unfortunately a drop can have the effect of damaging the internals of the phone and yes can affect the IP rating in some circumstances.

It maybe ok but I wouldn't recommend to get it wet until you 100% know.

Does the phone still take photo's OK 🤔

To be certain a Samsung Service Centre would need hands on however as accidental damage is nkt covered then unless you have Samsung Care+ they may charge.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

Hi, If its a rattling sound when you shake the phone, that is normal. The cameras on my s23 make a slight click when turning on and focusing. As long as the lens or backglass isn't cracked you should be okay!
If there's no super obvious damage on the phone, it will still be covered under warranty if you have any issues

Then it's a matter of a decision only you can make on how to proceed or not. 😎 @Negromen
