But I cannot find anything in the if about locking my phone screen

I don't believe this is possible, as I've checked and can't see any options for when the phone is locked.

Your phone auto manages ram on it's own. It also does a full clean once a day. There's really no need to constantly manually press the optimise button
If anything you slow down your phone and waste battery as apps constantly have to restart

You can download an app that locks screen than call that app from a routine. That said I also think it is an overkill and
