If you have the S24 series then you should have it.

I suspect your device is out of region and that you're not getting any updates?

As piper said, the update has been out for a while. You not getting it probably means your phone has an update problem. This is usually caused by using a phone in the wrong country or region.

If you can, send a screenshot of the setting johnz mentioned at the bottom of their comment. That should tell us where your phone originates from

Phone is on tesco mobile and btought and used in the uk
