Reading mode

Until recently if viewing web page i had pop up to 'view in reading mode' at top of page.

Its no longer there and checked accessibility settings and despite there being a reading mode setting in makes no difference if it's on/off.

This was useful as it made screen clearer and removed a lot of the cr*p in view.

Any ideas 💡 why?

Thanks

@emeles: When you access a website on Chrome, tap the 3 dots in the top right and select 'Show reading mode'.

I'm not sure if this is what you were referring to in your initial post, but you may also wish to try tapping the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Accessibility > Simplified view for web pages > On, to see if this helps.

Thanks , that worked. For some reason this had been turned off like many things which change with no user input!
