"Not possible to use Samsung Pay" on Galaxy S24+

The application does not appear in galaxy store, but when installed from Google play, it shows me a warning that it cant run on the phone as if I sideloaded it. since this is a flagship phone, why is it not running?

May I please ask, are you based in the UK and where did you get your device from?

This issue usually occurs when a device is being used outside of the region is was manufactured for....

I only saw now that this is the community for the EU, sorry! I am based in Paraguay, and the phone shows me the authorization from the communications agency of the country. So i guess its not outside its region. Maybeit`s because the service is not yet avaiable here?
