I got a Samsung s24 ultra, the phone works perfectly but there is a problem with the sim card,it keeps disconnecting from the network, but if I turn off and back on the sim works again, what it can be ?

Hey there 👋 and welcome

First thing you can do is check if there's any damage on your sim card, try sim slot 2.
Also few things to try:

Try reset network settings. Settings > general management > reset > reset mobile network settings

Wipe cache partition:
Turn off your phone Plug to PC, tv etc via USB Then hold power and volume up button until samsung logo appears Then quickly release power button and keep holding volume up button until reboot menu appears then navigate with volume down button till wipe cache partition press power button Restart your phone.
