Problem migrating dual whatsapp from note20u to s24u

I am trying to log into the dual whatsapp but the process gets stuck at the window where you enter your number. I have tried logging into the primary whatsapp using both the numbers and it works but the dual whatsapp doesn't let me log into any of the numbers.

I have tried some fixes as the issue has been raised by other s24u users since start of 2024.

I have tried clearing the app cache, uninstalling whatsapp completely and restarting the device, tried logging into the dual whatsapp first, tried clearing the cache partition via recovery mode, and a few other things by changing the settings, but to no avail. 

This is the first time I am having this issue in a samsung device and it is a bit frustrating as I deeply rely on the active working of both my whatsapp numbers and also considering that we pay so much for the flagship devices only to have rudimentary issues right out of the box.

My dual WhatsApp on my S24 Ultra has been working fine since day one. Have you got both sims running correctly? What is happening when you try to log into your dual WhatsApp?

I have bith the sims working correctly on the phone. There is an issue with the 2nd/dual whatsapp while signing in. The window where we have to input our number doesn't go further when I press next. I can easily sign in both the accounts Alternatively in the primary whatsapp so there is no issue with the numbers. Respectively any number I try to sign into the dual whatsapp doesn't go past that screen.
