Printer not connecting with WiFi direct or WiFi with s24 ultra

Printer was working fine and no connectivity issues. Not sure what's happened. That samsung printer doesn't connect with my mobile phone to print anything. It says its not encrypted. I even installed printer plug in. Can anyone advise to fix this issue? They r both connected on same wifi.

Try to do wifi and Bluetooth reset.

Try restarting your wifi modem.

Try soft reset hold power and volume down button for 10 seconds until samsung logo appears.

See if that would help

I have tried everything. Did reset both.Uninstalled the plug in. Also paired both few times. It just doesn't connect.

1. Turn on airplane mode - so all connections off. 2. Go to your phone's settings > Connections > More connection settings > Printing 3. Turn OFF Default Print Service 4. (click cancel at the notification if there is a print spooling notification) 5. Turn off airplane mode 6. Turn ON Default Print Service

Or try install HP printing plug in and set as default and let me know if any of that works

My printers have been playing up too. I've not printed for a few months from phone but I'd turn the printers on, wait for them to initialise then print from the phone the same way you are and they'd be there. Now when I go to print it takes a 5-10 minutes for them to show up there and takes ages to send the print job over but if I use the HP print app (both are HP) I can send jobs to both straight away. Annoying to have to use another app though. Both printers are wired and my network topology hasn't changed. Haven't bothered testing from another phone yet either.

Not the plugin, like mentioned, the actual hp print app.

For some it works with just plug in but for others it needs an actual app or both thanks for sharing this forgot to mention it 👌

Christ leave me alone. The point I was making was the chap above wasn't alone in experiencing issues where previously the OS print service worked fine and could be indicative of a deeper issue due to a change in the software rather than just it works for some people and not others.

It used to work fine, now it doesn't. I've used these printers for years without any issues until recently.

Exactly mine have always been working ok. But not sure if it is with new update or something. They r not connecting.
