Try to do wifi and Bluetooth reset.
Try restarting your wifi modem.
Try soft reset hold power and volume down button for 10 seconds until samsung logo appears.
See if that would help

Or try install HP printing plug in and set as default and let me know if any of that works

It used to work fine, now it doesn't. I've used these printers for years without any issues until recently.
