Is anyone having issues with the poor battery life.

I'm not even getting more than 3 hours of OST. This is just doing general Web browse etc.

Only on 60Hz and 1080p

I've done all the optimise and recommended things to improve.

Nothing. Really not acceptable for a flagship device.

I see people with 8 hours of OST

Screen on time will vary widely depending upon what you do with the phone.
Some apps like Facebook and TikTok etc will use quite a lot of battery while you use them
Doing work stuff with documents I could get nearly 10 hours once
But then watching Instagram reels and TikTok once. I barely got just about two and half hours
I don't use any battery saving options and screen is on max resolution.
Since deleting Facebook I noticed a difference for the better.
Why not try Wiping the Partition Cashe on the phone
Also look in the battery settings to see what is actually using the battery the most

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

It appears that there may be an issue with your device or its configuration.

As a potential solution, I recommend backing up your data and performing a factory reset on your phone.

Subsequently, you should only restore your photography and other essential files from the backup.

Install applications as when necessary.

Essential Guide for Samsung S24 Ultra Users: Drastically Improving Battery Performance

If you've noticed a significant drop in battery life after recent updates, you're not alone. Many people are facing this issue, and Samsung support is completely ignoring it.

I went from 7-9 hours of screen-on time to just 3-4 hours. After following this guide, I managed to restore battery performance back to 7 hours of screen-on time.

  1. Limit Background App Usage
Go to: Settings → Battery → Background Usage Limits
Action: Put unused apps into deep sleep. Avoid doing this for important apps like messaging or navigation.

  2. Enable Dark Mode
Go to: Settings → Display → Dark Mode
Action: Use a dark wallpaper to save battery.

  3. Disable Background Data Usage
Go to: Settings → Connections → Data Usage → Mobile Data Usage
Action: Turn off background data for non-essential apps.

  4. Turn Off Auto Brightness
Go to: Settings → Display → Disable Auto Brightness
Action: Adjust brightness manually for battery savings.

  5. Disable Adaptive Battery
Go to: Settings → Battery → More Battery Settings → Turn off Adaptive Battery
    Action: Keeps battery performance consistent.

  6. Use Light Performance Mode (For Fold/Flip 4, S23 Series & Above)
Go to: Settings → Performance Profile → Switch to Light Performance Mode

  7. Disable RAM Plus
Go to: Settings → Battery → Memory → Turn off RAM Plus

  8. Turn Off Data Roaming
Go to: Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Disable Data Roaming

  9. Disable Sending Diagnostic Data
Go to: Settings → Security & Privacy → More Privacy Settings → Turn off Send Diagnostic Data

  10. Disable Google Diagnostics & Recommendations
Go to: Settings → Google → Disable Diagnostics & Recommendations

  11. Turn Off Device Scanning & Network Notification
Go to: Settings → Connections → More Connection Settings → Disable Device Scanning
Go to: Settings → Wi-Fi → Advanced Settings → Disable Network Notification

  12. Turn Off Customization Service
Go to: Settings → Search Customization Service → Disable all personalizations and ads

  13. Turn Off Wi-Fi & Bluetooth Scanning
Go to: Settings → Location → Location Services → Turn off Wi-Fi & Bluetooth Scanning

  14. Optional: Force 4G Network
Action: Switch to 4G for better battery life and stable speeds.
