Phone full reset still acting weird.

Today 14/03/2024 phone played up, and do random things ... Turn itself off, and restart on safe mode. Apps and widgets not appearing, settings changed.

Do t know what happened. All apps via play store.

Have done a full reset and restore, and still things ain't right.

Again things are doing g stuff by itself while on standby.

Before reformating I removed last couple of apps downloaded.

Used an older back up from usb card, saved after initially setting up s24 ultra.

Ok, was an old back up, but phone was pretty virgin back then.

Anyone else getting these issues or similar?

Even keyboard not working as normal.

When doing a factory reset. Don't restore apps and settings

Can you check that none of your phones buttons ( volume, power) are sticking on. If you have a case, ensure its not fowling the buttons in any way. When your phone starts in safe mode, any 3rd party apps and features will be disabled so this would explain why your apps, widgets etc have changed. That is quite normal. If the buttons are sticking and it's not caused by the case then seek a repair.

If the buttons are okay and you have since rebooted normally but the phone is still not right then perform another factory reset and this time do not use any previous back ups. Start again from scratch.

Not had a phone play up like this before, especially after doing a full reset.

Hopefully just some rogue app and not something more serious like a faulty handset. Good luck.
