A friend was asking me, if I knew how to stop the phone display from timing out when you've just answered a phone call. Can you prevent the display from going off during a call, when you've put your ear to the speakers? I don't think you can, but I may be wrong.

I think thats was intentional so that don't touch with your face and save power

Hi.

Why would your friend want the screen ON while it's touching their ear?

Just tell them either to use on speaker or buds etc.

Also tell them their are weird for wanting that 😊

Ha, he's definitely not weird. It's something to do with whilst he's fishing. Don't ask me why, I never even asked! I did frown a bit when asked the question though. 🤣

Not sure if using the "keep calls on pop up" keeps the phone on when it's at your ear?

Go into the phone icon and select settings, and then call display while using apps
