As your device is from India, it won't qualify for the UK beta and I'm not sure that a beta was rolled out in India.
Even if you could get it, beta is full so you wouldn't be able to register.
Sadly a few users entered beta not because they wanted to test and feedback, but because they simply wanted the new software even if buggy.
