Should be in a feature update i hope the lock screen i thank has new update at the bottom u can chose apps i think I never saw it before

Like the lock on your lock sceen u can change the lock a different colour or shape or even put a photo

The feature you mentioned was already there in One UI 7. It's a feature in the Good Lock lock screen app.
