One UI 7

I am on S24 Ultra, and ever since the announcement of the latest One UI 7, I have tried everything possible, but all efforts have been unsuccessful. I urge the Samsung software update service provider to consider those of us who have been waiting and are eager to receive this update. Thanks.

Your s24 ultra may not be eligible if you did not get the banner in members. You do need to have an unlocked device.

My s24 ultra is unlocked, and I bought it here in UK.

I'm not sure why you didn't get the banner. Maybe all spaces were taken. It's not going to be long now for the official release. Bug free, so worth the wait.

My OnePlus 11 phone received it yesterday while my Ultra will get it February or later. Such a joke

Buying it in the UK alone doesn't make your device eligible.

Did you buy it direct from Samsung? If you did then you would likely have the banner. If you bought from a network or from a retailer such a Currys then it won't be eligible.

This has also been answered hundreds of times in this forum so a quick search would have explained this for you.

Was it bought from Samsung UK or did you buy it when in another country then being it to the UK?

Did you get the banner in the Samsung Members App? Not every device was invited to beta and please remember beta is a test software which requires users to give feedback to Samsung, it isn't there to give early access to the new OS. Beta comes with risks and Samsung very clear about this

OnePlus OS has much less functionality and is less complex than Samsung's.

Also Samsung have a far higher number of devices that need updating from S Series, A Series, Z Series plus tablets.

It is hardly a joke that a device manufacturer wants to ensure a stable release for devices that will impact 100's of millions of devices. They are the largest mobile phone manufacturer in the world after all.
