To be honest, i personally won't be using my daily phone as a beta test platform... I made this mistake once before and then I struggled for months just using the phones basic functions, due to instability.

Whilst I understand it is frustrating for some, I think patience in the new android is the key.

I mean I have already a functional S23 series ultra phone that works pretty well with 6.1.1, and it has benefitted from the additional AI features added in recent months. All the features work well enough to continue usage until the OneUi7 is released, based upon Android 15.

One thing that has happened in the past, is that a stable and well configured phone on a known android version, can also go backwards and get broken in software stability during a new rollout... so be careful what you wish for 😉

I think just allow them to do their diligence on the new android version.. and it will be ready when it is tested and verified.

Good luck if you decide to beta test (if there in fact is a test campaign). If you do decide to join beta, I hope you don't use pay services and other high security features, as these often don't work.

I rather wait for the stable version.

There are too many moving parts for these firmware. People get impatient, but it is good to keep in mind that it is more difficult that it seems.

Totally agree @Reylob

It's paramount that my phone remains stable with as few bugs as possible.

I'd sooner wait.
