If the beta is full, it is full.

You'll have to wait and see if Samsung release any further slots. We won't know in advance if they do.

Go back to the store it was purchased from is the best course of action

As the Betas contains Bugs it is best that a limited number of users test it,more spaces may be released but no one here has definitive information on that.
