One UI 7.0: Bluetooth icon in status bar gone

Since One UI 7.0 the Bluetooth icon in the status bar is gone. Before that an active Bluetooth connection was directly visible which is extremely helpful if you have to switch your headset between smartphone and computer. Now you have to swipe down to open the notification area. This is an unnecessary functional deterioration.

Please bring back the formerly perfect behavior of the status bar.

[EDIT:] … and if there have even more icons disappeared: please allow all icons to appear in the status bar with QuickStar (Good Lock) to be shown and prioritized. QuickStar does not distinguish between "Bluetooth" and "Bluetooth with active connection". Adding this would be the best solution.

Please bring this back.Checking to see if your bluetooth device was connected only took a glance. Now you have to swipe down to see. This sucks.

Please return the Bluetooth icon to the status bar. Removing it was a poor decision with little benefit and a large cost in user experience.

Sorry, but neither of Your tips funcions...:(
The first tip has funcioned with One UI 6, but not with One UI 7...

And with Good Locks you can hide the WiFi, battery and LTE icons, but adding BT (and others) doesn't work...

All you can do is send feedback under support within the members app. Let developers know you want the option for icons back. That's all you can do really and hope for the best they listen to people and bring it back .

Yes. And Good Lock (here: QuickStar) has never distinguished between the both Bluetooth icons. You can only switch "the Bluetooth icon" on or off. However it had behave the right way: if set to "on" it only showed up when actively connected.

i need this back. Have to interact w phone to verify connection b4 playing something. Especially at night when i dont want to wake my partner.

Another unnecessary change with no option to revert to how it used to be. If I had known about those changes I wouldn't have updated to One UI 7.

This change is so annoying, used to be able to just glance at the notification bar to see if my headphones etc were connected, so much less convenient now. I just don't get what they were thinking, there's literally no benefit to removing the icon. I also regret updating my phone 😞

This is so insanely stupid and unnecessary. There's zero reason to force everyone to not be able to see the Bluetooth icon, make it an option. Saying it's to make the status bar cleaner is dumb. We should be the ones deciding whether or not we want it up there.

I regret updating to oneui 7 at this point. Every single change has made my phone worse and forced changes that I don't want and behavior that I don't want. Nothing has become better. If Samsung doesn't fix this and give the option to put it back in the status bar then I'll look elsewhere for my next phone.
