Now One UI 6.1.1 Update finally rolled out to Europe.

From September 9th, One UI 6.1.1 update is rolling out globally. It has been spotted in the US, China, the Europe, as well India, and many social media posts clarify this. 

• Galaxy S24 - S921BXXU3AXH7
• Galaxy S24+ - S926BXXU3AXH7
• Galaxy S24 Ultra - S928BXXU3AXH7

We don't get to decide what it's called Samsung does that

You could argue that 6.1 is also based off one1.0, shall we just call it that because we want to?

Of course Samsung decides what to call its versions, it would be quite awkward if Samsung mistakenly released 6.1.1. intended for folds on the S24 series and brick expensive phones, so it is logical that 6.1 remains. version for non-foldable, but that's certainly not because of us, but because of Samsung itself

 Basically,  it's same version 6.1. for non-foldable,  6.1.1 for fold5

I still don't have the sketch-to-image (6.1.1) function on my 7-days-ago newly purchased S24 Ultra (Samsung Onlinestore)...

Do you know why or how to get it?

 I disagree. 

 I have a Galaxy Buds3 Pro with 96KHz audio that will only be available on One UI 6,1,1 so I'm still at the common 6,1 since my headphones can't use 96kHz HD audio.

That is because Samsung pulled the 6.1.1 for the S23 and S24 ultra only.  It will say 6.1 because it us 6.1 and not 6.1.1. We will never see 6.1.1 on the ultra as they will simply give us one ui 7 and fix the issue.
