I've enabled the "Manage notification categories for each app", I've configured each app to display pop ups, I've rebooted my phone, I've cleared the cache partition, and nothing has worked.  Still not receiving app notifications.

Hi,
Confirm you haven't restricted your app from running in the background. If you're not getting notifications from a specific app, the app might not be allowed to run in the background

Is this all your relevant apps your not receiving notifications for or certain one's @James_Curia 🤔

My next steps would be to clear the cache and data of the affected apps and then see what happens.

After that I'd delete the app from the phone and from the MyLibrary in the Playstore to download a fresh copy of the app to start as new @James_Curia

Same here, its annoying how such a phone has this bug. Been like this since i bought it. Done smart tutor, cache erased, reinstall apps. Doesnt work. Just frustrating, such a waste of time...
