NOTIFICATIONS NOT WORKING ON SOME APPS

I have tried every advice to get notifications working on some apps that are set to alert but refuse to alert, such as banking apps and paypal. Why have a phone that cost £1,300 that doesn't function properly. Samsung if you can't sort simple issues, STOP advertising how wonderful Samsung is when your technology is failing. I'm tech savvy so please don't ask me to try this and try that...sort your 7.0 One UI Version 15 ASAP!!!

Hey, I have an update. Last week my phone restarted by itself, turned back on showing One UI updating. I now have notifications from my bank apps and PayPal. It appears the techs do read messages on here or it was from my moans via Instagram....

As mentioned, I'm tech savvy and knew it wasn't a problem from my settings...
