My S24 Ultra has stopped working on certain apps. I have to keep flipping to mobile data, which is annoying.
I've tried clearing the WiFi cache and resetting the WiFi. No different.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?

What apps don't work on wifi? What happens when you try? Do some other apps work? Wifi at home or out and about?

Has this always been the case or has this just started to happen @Buzzzzzz

Have you downloaded anything in particular or updated the phone that then this started to happen 🤔

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

@Buzzzzzz: Please try heading to Settings > Connections > Data usage > Allowed network for apps > Check the list for the affected app(s) and make sure that 'Mobile data or Wi-Fi' is selected. If it isn't, simply tap on the app and choose the relevant option from the pop-up menu.

Thanks for all replies. I did what Robin999 suggested and it seems to have fixed it. I've had to redo the notification settings for most apps but that's a small price to pay. Thanks again.

Unfortunately, this only solves it temporarily. If you look around the forum, you will see that there are several such topics.

Resetting the settings, resetting the network settings, deleting the cache partition also solves it, but only for a few days, after which the problem returns.
